In this workshop you will have the opportunity to share your experiences dealing with anger and frustration in a safe and enclosed environment, each person will be allocated as much time as they need to speak out about what's on their minds, there will be no time constraints, so if more time is needed it will be given. As each person speaks about there experiences and listens to others, it will provide an opportunity to learn things that wouldn't otherwise be learned. Our guide; Dima Alassaad has done many workshops and conferences on anger management and will be able to undoubtedly tie everything together so that all the participants can walk out to a breath of fresh air with long-term solutions for a better future.

Light Topic: Free and open dialogue on making the most of life with yours truly, Krischan Lamoureux, writer of philosophy and student of the mind.

About:

We are trialing our workshop so this event is more of a test run for what could hopefully become something that helps people vent and connect with others. I picked a very general topic, hosted by yours truly, Krischan Lamoureux, I am a writer of philosophy and student, I love having eye opening discussions as I find they are great for evolving intellectually and emotionally. I picked this topic because I feel like everyone who comes to participate will have something different to add, and I would like that to be a big part of these discussions, which is to allow our differences to help us grow and gain new perspectives. I am currently finishing up my first book on philosophy, which heavily pertains to this subject.
